For many of us, January was a time to pause, reflect, and reset. We embraced that energy by kicking off the year with the QueerNext workshop Designing the Year Ahead, where Delphine Mousseau guided us through intentional prompts to reflect on the year behind us, clarify what truly matters now, and set a thoughtful direction for 2026.

Building on that reflective start, we’re now moving from intention into action. Behind the scenes, we’re working on setting up a QueerNext co-working day — a space designed for focused work, calm connection, and shared presence without pressure. Keep a close eye on our Luma page and social channels to stay up to date on when and where it will happen ✨.

Alongside our own events, this edition also brings together a curated mix of queer career events and learning opportunities from great organisations across Europe. We hope it inspires you to connect, explore, and move forward in ways that feel right for you 🌈.

🧭 QueerNext Workshop Recap: Designing the Year Ahead

At the end of January, we gathered at Avomind in Berlin for an intimate QueerNext workshop focused on pausing before pushing forward. Together, we reflected on the past year, clarified what truly matters now, and shaped personal intentions for 2026 in a calm, supportive space.
